New Southerner Literary Contest
(2)The New Southerner is accepting submissions for their 2010 Literary Contest from April 1 through October 1.
Complete guidelines here.
Judges will be Sena Jeter Nasland for fiction, Jason Howard for nonfiction, and Jeff Worley for the James Baker Hall Memorial Poetry Prize.
Fee is $10 per entry. First prize is $200, publication, and a reading. All finalists will receive $15 and will be published in the literary issue.

Bobbi does great work, Jessie. And some great writers have won their contests — nudge, nudge, wink, wink.
