I like the Classy theme, too, for it's nice big readable look. But it isn't widget ready and I don't trust my ability to make it so. (I actually prefer "blogday.") Changing one's template every year sounds like a good idea. I've been feeling dissatisfied with my own lately, because I don't think it's as readable as it could be. After switching to Ian Stewart's new Kirby theme for my Morning Porch blog, I've been seduced by the readability of 16-pt Georgia type. I think I prefer your Classy theme for the same reason.
