    Starting Today: poems for the first 100 days

    Every day for the next 100 days we will post a new poem by a contemporary American poeta poem written for and during the first 100 days of this new administration.

    Poems so far from Patricia Smith, Lyn Lifshin, and others.

    Also, from the Associated Press, Odes for Obama by American Poets with poems by poets as different as Amiri Baraka and Billy Collins, cowboy poet Ted Newman and Alice Walker.
