Four jobs I’ve had in my life
field hand
accounts receivable bookkeeper (with my math skills and not spreadsheet software!)
Consumer Affairs Specialist

Four places I’ve lived
Well, I counted on my fingers and discovered that I’ve only ever lived 4 places in my whole life:
Owen County, Kentucky
Lexington, Kentucky
Chicago, Illinois
Paris, Kentucky
Kentuckians move less than those in any other state and are more likely to come home if they move away. Is that good or bad? Yes.
Four places I’d rather be right now:
Paris, France
hiking in the Smokies
reading on some deserted beach
Vancouver
Four of my favorite foods
apples (for many years but not so much now because it’s hard to get good ones)
buttermilk cornbread
Brown Cow whole milk yogurt
cheese
(though I also like Terry’s chicken gizzards — takes young teeth — and Tish’s spinach)

Hi Sherry….glad Terry tagged you on this meme! and I remember doing bookkeeping without spreadsheet programs too (just an old green ledger, a calculator and lots of ledger green white-out) Interesting point about Kentukians too. could it be the food?

Mmm … corn bread. One of my very favorite things - for supper with split pea soup, and in the morning crumbled up with milk and sugar on it.

Oh Tish, I was such a horrible bookkeeper! My book never balanced. I think I kept White Out in business. And Kentuckians do eat well, it’s true.

Ah yes, I remember the first piece of “light bread” I ever saw. Put it between two slices of corn bread and ate it.
