Dead Mule — the Bad Karma Issue
I am very pleased to say that my short chapbook, Worldview, is up in the current issue of The Dead Mule School of Southern Literature.
Unfortunately for Valerie MacEwan, the editor/publisher of the Mule, this is the Bad Karma issue, the one that made her lose it.
I’m not real sure what she lost but it wasn’t her ability to publish good poetry. Lots of good poetry in this issue, including a selection from Jane Kretschmann, one of our blogging community here, and Darrell B. Grayson’s chapbook, “Holman’s House.”

Hi Sherry, I was planning to wait until the entire issue is up to contact you. Still one more poet to post plus fiction and essays. Read Val’s essay under blog at the Mule. Amd thanks for being a part of a great issue - eventually. Helen

Oh dear, Helen. I didn’t mean to jump the gun. But I knew that this issue was going up piecemeal and when a friend e-mailed to say my poems were up, I thought maybe I’d missed the announcement. I am having a sort of bad summer that way. Please do let me know when the whole issue is up and I’ll make another announcement.
