2007 Joy Bale Boone Prize
Heartland Review is now accepting submission for the 2007 Joy Bale Boone Prize in poetry.
The judge this year will be Frederick Smock, the 2002 winner of the Leadingham prize and the 2003 winner of the Jim Wayne Miller Poetry Prize. He is currently serving as Poet-In-Residence at Bellarmine College in Louisville KY. His most recent works include “Poetry and Compassion: Essays on Art and Craft,” (Wind Publications) and “Sonnets,” (Finishing Line Press.)
